Are all neck sizing dies lubeless, or just collet dies? If so, who else makes em?

Any carbide neck sizer, with a carbide expander plug is lube-less.
You just have to make sure that you get all carbide neck sizer.

I bought a Hornaday in a caliber that Lee didn't make. It did not work. No, I did not call or anything, just junked it. I have better things to do. so I will stick with Lee.

I use Redding Neck Sizers. I do not know if they claim to be lubeless, but I just dip the neck in some mica powder before I size rather than using a liquid or aresol lubricant.  I have also recently put the carbide size button the the neck dies, I still use the Mica but the sizing seems to be smoother.

I do like mica for partial sizing without a collet die. I use it on my 7-30 Waters (this was the one I bought the bad Hornaday die for).  I just dip the neck in the mica and run it into my full length die (adjusted to just size the neck). No sticky glop on the case and it makes the sizing process smooth.

The collet dies need no lube.
