Factory ammo foe a 7mm-08
« on: October 30, 2006, 12:09:48 PM »
I should be getting my 7mm-08 brl back from T/C soon and won't have alot of time to find the best factory ammo. prior to deer season, I would like to have some ideas of some factory ammo. I might start with. It will be for med. size W/T deer 20-150 yds away mostly wooded areas. I have other guns I could use but would like to try this out if possible.

Thanks Matt

Probably any ammo will work as long as it sez Remington Core Lokt 140grs on the side.   ;D

I'd say definately, go with the 140 grain PSPCL by Remington.

They're good.

But then, a lot of other brands might be too, but I'd personally go with Remington.
