Looking for idea's on how to build a lightweight portable medal fold up, telescopic, or quick partial take down tripod type stand for hunting large johnson grass and gum thicket fields.
It'll need to be built where it can be transported from field to field in the bed of a pickup, then (rolled?) into large no vehicles allowed fields by hand and it'll need to be lightweight enough where one person can move it around the fields and set it up by them self.
I have a ground tent but I'm not much for hunting off the ground, especially when bowhunting, and only use the tent on ocassion when I have one of my fidgety young grandsons with me! :grin:
Any of you guys ever built or used such a stand?
Any idea's will be appreciated!
