for clay shooting and not a reloader, which one would you pick ?

Do you mean Extractors or Ejectors?   One raises the shell so you can grab it and pull it out, the other Pops it out.  If you are shooting trap or skeet, I'd go with the Ejectors.   You really don't want to be fumbling to get the shell out.  If your Hunting, or shooting sporting clays, I don't think it matters.
