I just bought one for my 204 and I really like it so far. It has a 50 mm objective and I mounted it using "low" rings. Great cheek weld. Any body else tried one?
Perception is everything. For instance, a crowded elevator smells different to a midget.

I know that it has its purpose, but I just can't get past that ugly look (IMHO).

Still, I'm glad it works for you.

I like the look and concept. I just have not bought a new rifle to put one on. I still have an extra Leupold in the gun safe to use before I buy the new one.  :D  Glad it works for you.

Does that mean that the view is perfectly round like other scopes?  That seems wierd. :?   I would have thought the view is kinda curved like the outside objective bell.  Truth be told, having a scope mounted a bit higher up doesn't make a difference to me.

Yes, the view is exactly the same as a normal scope.
 Mounting height is subjective.
