case lube
« on: May 26, 2006, 04:04:21 PM »
I know that about every thing known to man has been tried for case lube, but I have yet another one I haven't seen used.  I seem to never be able to find my Lee case lube tube, probably because I lube the cases just about any where I have a little time and space.  Tonight, no case lube to be found again.  While I was looking for it I found a can of Johnson Wax Favor high shine furniture polish wax my Wife uses, so I sprayed a little on my fingers and then rubbed it on a few cases, it goes on like water.  Ran them through the sizing die, and it took less pressure to size them than anything else I have ever tried, and they backed out just as easy.  Before anyone else tries this and sticks a case and yells at me, I will say this was with the little 17 Rem cases, but it really did work slick, I did the next 45 in record time.  Larry
