Very slick. Gets a micromanaged inaction settled, gets the bickering attorney's some "advertising" - mostly bad, and gets himself some cudos for advancing their absurdity to public ridicule.
The attorney's clients should fire them for making the Insurance Companies themselves look bad. The policy holders of each Insurance Company should look elsewhere for their coverage.
