You can get the whole set of drawings for all the parts from Don Lutz for around $20.  Look in the where to find posting,

I have a plan for a one third scale 3 inch Parrott if you can read .dwg (AutoCAD) files.  But it's for the barrel only.  I can email it if you can use it; send me an email address via PM.  If you need a paper version, I may be able to print one while out of town; maybe not.

The AOP Catalog sheets are here and they cover the carriage and the ironwork in addition to the barrel.

I think what George is trying to say is that Antique Ordnance Publishers has full scale drawings.

I think what George is trying to say is that Antique Ordnance Publishers has full scale drawings. And what Norm is saying is that you should contact Don Lutz at Antique Ordnance Publishers
