Sent them a sizing die 5 weeks ago. They said they would repair or replace. How long does this usually take?  TVC15

Anything I have ever sent them was back home within a week.

Are you sure they got it?

Might want to give them a call?  Should only take about a week.

I called them a week ago monday inquiring if they still had a handle for a old lube-a-matic luber, and how much they are. The Lady I was talking to took my mailing info and said it was under RCBS warrenty, and they would ship me one free of charge. (I'am 54 miles from them). I explained that I had been given the sizer and it was missing the handle. She said that was fine and it was still under warrenty. Thur of last week the handle, plus 3 "O" rings showed up. It cost them $4 plus chg to mail it priority mail.
tvc15 I would call them to make sure they got it. I have called them several time with probs, and gone up there and it was within a week and I had the parts I needed (no chg), or they fixed the prob for me while I was standing their.

I've done business with them for years and this is the first time I've heard of a problem.  Yeah, something fell between the cracks.  Do give'm a call, they normally are VERY responsive.
