Does Douglas make a .540 cal rifled barrel in a 1-28 twist?

Was wondering if Douglas makes a .540 rifled barrel blank with around a 1-28 twist and what I might expect to pay for one? Thanks for any information.

Looks like they only go up to .510, for the 50 cal Sharps cartridges. What do you have in mind for a .540?
