Stainless Contender Question

I came across a deal on a Thompson Contender frame in Stainless - but it has a black hammer.  Does anyone know if this was original?  My current T/C is stainless with a stainless hammer - that I purchased a few years ago new.  Since I may use this frame in IHMSA, I need to make sure it is "production" but have not been able to confirm if the hammer is factory.  The seller claims it is new from factory, but does not seem to have a lot of information on it...  Thanks!

Both of my SS frames have SS hammers.

I also have two, including one of early first year production. Both have SS hammers.   GOOD SHOOTIN',  Walt   :)
