600 Nitro express

Just saw a video clip of a T/C with a 600 nitro express barrel.  On the recoil rating, a 30-06 is a 1.0 - a 600 nitro is a 9.6.  When the person, of stout character, pulls the trigger, the new scoped pistol flys from his hand cartwheeling over his shoulder onto the concrete shooting range floor about ten feet behind him.  Some calibers are not meant to be shot from a pistol I guess.

I recently saw the same video, I had to watch it at least 5 times, as I got such a chuckle out of it!

    I just watched the video And I have to say "For Why"? Like Jerry Clower said "Ain't no sense to that" I believe someone had TTOOOO much time on their hands!!

And money, from the thread on it at the NE forum, it cost the owner $10,000 to have the custom handgun built!!

Well, after taking time to dig out the original post at NE on it, the cost wasn't $10k, my memory is playing tricks with my reallity again!! Actual cost was considerably less, the custom barrel alone was over $1000 tho. There are pics and other videos in the links below.
