Prostaff, why cause i have one thats been on my .308 H&R Ultra, .17HMR,and .303 Enfield and its awsome. Why not ProHunter Master Series, the reviews on Midwayusa are lacking happy buyers of any of the series.

I'd have to go with the Prostaff unless I could get one of the Buckmasters on closeout. Walmart had em for $80 or less last fall. Best buy on the Prostaff at regular prices is at The Optic Zone.;)

The best cheap scope out there has to be the Mueller.  You won't find better glass for the price.  If a Mueller is too much dough, check out the Bushnell Banner or the Trophy. You can't go wrong with any of these.  I'd stay away from any scope that has bad reviews or unproven.  You don't save any money if you are dissatisfied and have to keep replacing scopes every year.  I bought a Mueller when the dough was tight and that is all I have bought since....I like it better than all of my more expensive scopes.
