Winchester Model 150 in 22 LR
« on: May 15, 2006, 09:42:06 AM »
How desireable would a Winchester Model 150 Lever Action in 22 LR be in fairly good condition for 160.00??  There is very little if anything written about this gun, and they are hard to find on the Auction sites. Found a couple on GunsAmerica ranging from 240-450.00 Thanks for any feedback. I have the opportunity to get it at a shop down the road from my office, I just don't know much about them, their history, quality, or if they are regarded as a good find.

Rogmatt, I know this is a late reply but I have a model 250 here and your right. Theres just not much info at all out there about them. IMO they are right out ugly leveractions and where only made for about 10 years.I couldnt pass it up for the price I paid for it but I really dont like it. I would think 160.00 is way over priced IMO....Steve.
Its a helluva thing killin a man,you take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have

Thanks Steve, Your advice is correct and I never did get it!

However, since my original question, I did buy 2 pre safety 94s, a Marlin 1895 G in 45-70, and have a new Puma 92 26" Octagon barrel in 357/38sp on layaway.
