Very-very carefully with sharp knife! Really best thing to do is get together with an experienced trapper and watch him remove glands. It isnt hard, but you have to know procedure and if you know how to skin furbearers it wont be hard... get ahold of your state trapping assoc and ask for a mentor nearby you... good luck
