T?C Cheapshot and Harvester Crush Ribs

I bought some TC Cheapshot, and they shoot very well in my Winchester Apex, But they are hard as heck to get started down the barrell. I also bought some Harvester Crush Rib sabots and was wandering if I could use them with the Cheapshot? I've heard that the Harvesters are much easier to load. I don't know the diameter of the Cheapshot, but the Harvesters call for a .45 caliber bullet.
What do you think, will they work?
