Remington Genesis, and Traditions Yukon the same?
« on: August 21, 2006, 04:14:54 AM »
Ok, I know these are not top of the line inlines.   I have a Black Diamond and an old Renegade that I shoot all the time with Iron sights.

I get too much blow back with the Black Diamond to use a scope though.     So I was looking for an inexpensive inline to put a low power scop on, and I liked the pivoting actions on these two rifles.  They seem to be variations on the same rifle.  What I liked the best about them was how the trigger unit drops out, and it cleans easily.

To clean my Black Diamond, I have to remove it from the stock, and take the striker mechanism out.  Its a bit of a pain.

Has anyone used ony of these?   I read a review on the remington, and although there were a few things the author didnt like, he was getting 1.5 inch groups with it.

Yes these are the same gun made overseas for Remington and Traditions. The only comment I have is to watch out for scope clearance when choosing mounts if your scope protrudes over the flip out breech.
