TRY THIS
on your elk,deer or moo meat.
Venison or Elk marinade.
This is just great for grilled steaks
1/4 cup Bourbon
1/4 cup salad oil or olive oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 garlic cloves chopped fine
1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl - mix well. Add elk or venison steaks and cover. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Cook on low flame, basting occasionally with marinade on outdoor grill until medium rare.
now if you want to BUMP it up a notch, mince fine a habenero pepper and throw in the mixture..it will be warm.
