Barrel Stubbing gunsmith?

I have a chambered barrel and a stub with lug..... Who can put the two together at a reasonable price that accurately reflects the quality of the work?

My friend here and member here, scgunsmith, does great work. He redone my 44Mag barrel with a brazed lug, reblue, and put a high gloss finish on it.
