Glock 30 Mag fit question
« on: January 26, 2006, 03:18:46 AM »
Hey there Glock owners...

In a pinch, can you use a Glock 21 magazine in a Glock 30?  Both are 45ACP but I am not sure if the 21 will work in the 30.  I know that the grip on the 21 is much longer than the 30 but it would be nice to have in a pinch.

I know the G22 mags will work in the G27, and this holds true with the 9mm and .357 glocks as well, so I don't see why it wouldn't work in the .45 glocks too. Someone should come along that has a definitive answer for you.

Yup...I know about the G22 and G27.  That is what prompted me to ask about the 21 and 30.  Thanks for your reply...

I own a 21 but no 30.  I have been told by one who owns both, that the 21 mags will indeed work in the 30.

Yes the 21 mags will fit in the 30 they even make a grip extention that slides onto the 21 mag so it fits the hand better in while used in the 30. they also make 25rnd mags that fit both the21 and the 30 which I plan on getting in the near future.
