You arent the only one with Winchester problems.  I know guys who have bought them in the last year or so and none of them shot.  One of my buddies bought one in 7m-08 and it would not shoot.  He took it to a gunsmith and was told that even after glass bedding etc.. he would not ever guarantee the newer Winchesters.  In his sales of them only 1 in 4 would shoot worth a nickel.  Didnt Browning buy Winchester out?  Maybe that is the problem.  Has Winchester become the low end rifle for Browning?  I'd sell it and buy a Tikka.  But I am sure others may have different opinions.

I too have heard the EXACT same problems from the coyote and (I think) their Black Shadow rifles.  Someone on this forum some time ago said that he sent it back and forth to and from Winchester several times because of the same problems.  I think that Winchester finally gave him a new rifle that grouped better.

I don't think that this is related to ALL NEWER Winchester rifles.  I have a 2002 M70 Classic Stainless in .338 and it shoots a bit under 1" CTC at 100 yards with PMC 225 grain Barnes X.  Not bad for a .338.

Bought one in 22/250 when they first came out, couldnt put a round through a hula hoop at 100 yds. Litterally! Found out there was .006" taper in the bore starting at the chamber to about 1/2 way down the barrel. The bullet was free floating for about the first 1/3 of the barrel. Got it back from Winchester 6 months later and it would only shoot 2" at best. Traded that lemon for a 700 Rem and love it. 3/8" groups out of the box with 3 different loads. Never buy another Win again. Not just because of this one rifle but because of there service, but thats another story. KN
