Don't think you can get parts for Taurus revolvers, and there's no aftermarket support that I am aware of. I also have never seen one break. As for the timing, they are meant to do that. Someone MIGHT be able to retime it, but he would have to manufacture parts from scratch to solve this non-problem. Can't go modifying the MIM parts inside those revolvers. My advise is if you want to you can slick it up some by polishing, maybe change springs if you feel the need, but otherwise leave it alone and shoot it a lot. I doubt if most people could come close to wearing one out in a lifetime.
