Which is better? Define better! An ejector, when it works like it was intended, is great for hunting, not so great at the range when you either need to police your brass, or you want to keep it to reload, then it requires a technique to catch it on opening of the action. An ejector that fails to work when hunting can be real unfortunate if a follow up shot it needed. Factory extractors don't fail, they are mechanical and very positive, but not as fast for reloading. It's a matter of preference, most prefer ejectors, but it's going to become a moot point, the factory will eventually not offer ejectors at all.
