223 Ackley Improved bbl?

Hi all.  Long time lurker, first time poster.

i just horse-traded for a G2 with a 22LR match bbl and want to build a little varmint carbine out of it.  I'm thinking that 223AI is the medicine I need and wondered what kind of results folks are getting with the T/C 223AI bbls.  I noticed right away that they are pretty rare items, so I'll probably have to special order it.

Welcome!
 I think you will be happy with the AI barrel. i own three, .22 k-hornet, .222 mag AI. and a 22-250 AI. after the first few firings the brass doesn't grow much. and you can shoot regular .223's in the AI barrel with good accuracy. you get a little more speed or less pressure.
