Bigfoot theory
« on: September 23, 2006, 07:06:32 AM »
First of all, I love a good conspiracy theory, UFO's, Kennedy, oil prices (this one I definately believe) but when did all this Bigfoot stuff come out, around the mid '70's right, It was in N. Cal.  Now the guy that first reported it admitted to National Geographic that they made wood foot prints as a joke and people started believeing them.  My Wife's father was a logger in N. Cal and said it was a big joke.  Now people see Bigfoot in Oklahoma, and Illiinois for God's sake.
I think it is a case of the locals messing with city folk, and then tourists came to see and spend money and talk to locals and make them feel important.  And make documentaries that people spend money on to watch.  Like me.
I mean, if they were real where are the bodies, bones Nada.  And if they were that smart to evade detection they would come out and get the money themselves and get a nice car, meet some girls and go on late night TV.
And when I read here about would you shoot Bigfoot, it has got out of hand.  Sounds dangerous to be in the woods.  Greybeard, you better watch out, you might be mistaken.  I have gone to wearing a blaze orange hat all year.

Prairiedog, the bigfoot legens go back to before the white man came to the American continent. Most ancient people groups had semular legends.

Concerning the remains not being found. IMO spirit beings don't leave remains, and humans only occasionally see into their demension. Regards, Byron  ;D

pastorp is dead on.

The problem with bigfoot, is that the US Government prevents knowledge from being taught in our school system, about paranormal people, parallel dimensions, and of course, the Bigfoot people.  Thus, each and every person venturing into a Bigfoot chat room, must be educated about something they know absolutely nothing about and cannot even imagine the the complexity of subject matter.

From my experience, the closer people live to the country or to the mountains, the more aware they are of the bigfoot.  City folk, are completely ignorant on the subject, and shudder with fear when the subject comes up.  Country folk who are aware, have learned how to live right next to the Bigfoot, and have been doing so forever.  The Country folk just failed to educate the city folk, in regard to this matter.  You can't teach city folk, nuthin, because they already think that they know everything.

For instance, in 1965, when I visited my cousins in the farmland of Minnesota, they taught me that one or two Bigfoot live in every single wind break in the midwest.  They also knew then, that they were invisible most of the time.  They also knew that they should not only speak, but think good thoughts about the bigfoot.  Because the bigfoot were allowing the farmers to live on the bigfoots land, and not visa versa.  The farmers who failed to take heed, often suffered a sudden and inexplicable large loss of livestock.  Some farmers would occasionallly see their landlord bigfoot, when they would come into our dimension.  Occasionally, they would hear the bigfoot howl at night to other bigfoot, in adjacent wind breaks.  A wind break is a grove of trees that surrounds a farmhouse.  So we are talking of living within 100 yards of a bigfoot, day in and day out, year round.  This knowledge apparently was either not passed on, or is still closely held by those farmers.

So the city folk can pay big bucks to go on a bigfoot expedition, to maybe hear something that our government says doesn't exist, while the millions of midwest farmers, all have them camped out in their own back yards and will let you listen to them for free.

This translates to millions of bigfoot in the midwest alone.  And they are supernatural, paranormal, spirit people, who understand english, and often attempt to communicate to us by breaking branches.  So now you know the big secret.

thinking and believing about Bigfoot or Nessie or any other ledgend is your right, your business, but talking about shooting at shadows in the woods that might be Bigfoot is over the edge.  That kind of talk needs to be stopped.
Although if you kill somebody and get a good lawyer it might get you off.

Prarriedog, I think you are over reacting a little. Don't remember anyone talking about shooting at shadows. Most of us have a lifetime of shooting experience and know one of the safety rules is to identify your target and whats behind it. Regards, Byron  ::)
