.45-90

Does anyone know of a source for TrailBoss powder data in the .45-90? IMR has none and isn't responsive by e-mail.

Thanks

The IMR booklet shows Trail Boss data for the .45-70 in the long range rifle cowboy section, but none for .45-anything else. :(

That's what I figured, Tim. I'm thinking of starting with max .45-70 data and working up REAL slow.

did you CALL IMR and ask them? There may be some reasons for NOT using it in the 45-90 that we are not aware of.How much velocity do you get in the 45-90 with top end 45-70 loads?

I don't know if you've seen this data, but here tis. Right click each file and choose "save pic as" to save it to your PC, then open the files with your pic viewer, then they'll be easier to read.

Yeah, I swiped that data last time you posted it. A friend gave me a container of Trail Boss, so I thought I'd give it a try.
