I have a ? fo you all if I have a 100-115 gr bullet going 2900fps and I want it to hit the target 1" high at 100 yds were would it have to hit at 35 yds that as fare as I can shoot for now any help

You haven't given much data to calculate an answer for you. However, IMHO, a good estimate for a 100 grain, .257" boattail bullet @2900fps, scope 1.5" above barrel bore is "dead on" at 35 yards to 1/8-inch low.
