Photos of my range results 255 gr LBT LFNGC in .375 Win
« on: October 08, 2006, 03:00:49 PM »

The image is of today's range testing. I was using a .380 LBT LFN gas checked bullet. Metal was WW and Lyman #2. Bullets were lubed with LBT Soft Blue and run through a .380 sizer to set the GC. No other cast bullet has performed this well, not even close. Target to the bottom left was with Sierra 200 gr. jacked FP and H4895. Target to the far right was two different groups of Sierra 200 gr FP and 32 gr of RL 7

Veral's bullet is a snug fit in my chamber. I have to squeeze the lever firmly to put it in. If I back it off and seat it .2" deeper it seats without force but, groups open a bit.

Thank you VERY much for the report.  Especially since I promised this kind of performance to get you to order the mold!!!

These results aren't a maybe thing.  They are simply the results of a well fitted well balanced cast bullet, with both me and my customer doing our part..
