Some friends and I have gotten the bright idea that we would like to travel a little this spring and do a combo turkey/hog hunt. We would like to keep it within a days drive of Michigan, be on land open to the public, either allow camping on the land or nearby. I've started researching but without being familiar with what other states offer it's a slow process. Any help that you folks could give me would be greatly appreciated.
I'm going to stick this over in the hog hunting forum as well.
