I want a custom 223 bbl in stainless for target shooting and some varmit hunting.
What is the "BEST" bbl for the money?
It will be a pistol bbl. What length and twist for the 55 grn V- max?
THANKS

If it were my $$$$$'s I'd order a barrel from OTT.

You didn't say what frame you want it for Contender/G2 or Encore, but either way I would suggest a 14-15 inch full bull or a step-up barrel with probably a 1-10inch for the 55gr bullets.
Good luck on your project

Coach,
Bullberry is another excellent barrel maker. I have two of their barrels. The first one is a pistol barrel in .17 hmr and the second is a rifle barrel in .223. Both are great shooters and the craftmanship is beautiful.
