Hammerli 'Virginian' .45 Colt?

My dad recently gave me this revolver. It is a SAA type, made in Switzerland, with a 4.75-inch barrel, blue with nickle plated backstrap and wooden grip. What can you tell me about it?

Thanks! Seems I have a rather rare bird. It should pair with my recently acquired Winchester M64A quite well, don't you think? :)
