im looking at a used but excellent condition amsport imported italian o/u 12 ga. the fit and finish seem nice for the price but im haveing trouble with the barrel selector. to fire both barrels one must pull trigger to fire one barrel then move safety to on, slide it sideways to select the other barrel then slide safety back to off.ive really no experience with a selective barrel double gun but i assume this cant be the correct method of operation. any history, info or opinions on these guns would be appreciated.
