Nabob, on another forum you continually accursed me of feeling I was the only one that was right. You even came back recently and posted on this same forum the snipeing and name calling was the reason you left. In satire on this thread I tried in a light hearted way to remind you of your opinion of me, as you are literally screaming (metaphoriclly) at us for disagreeing with you. You have called us names, attacked our character, and basiclly called us social idiots as to the causes of todays break down in society. And at the same time have called us bigots, while all the while proclaimed yourself righteous and caring. Insenuations of us as being in allegeance with the KKK, and on and on. You seem to have a persecution complex no matter where you are in a topic. Why don't you reflec a little, in what you have accused others of doing, and take a good look in the mirrior. This could be a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
At 56, I know I am not perfect, and sometimes have to go back and apoligize, but in a L.E. career of 20 years, I gave CPR to babies and old men regardless of their color. I fought other peoples fights for them because the couldn't or wouldn't. I watched heart monitors come to life on living room floors and some that didn't. I delivered death messages in the middle of the night, and witnessed the unspeakable things that people are capable of doing to themselves and each other. There are doors I open in my mind with a smile, and there are doors that I don't open at all, and quickly slam closed when they open themselves. So don't tell me I don't care, and I don't realize. Because I do. Your not the only one with a heart, you just think you are. You have your opinions and most are valid. But so are ours.
