Why is Oehler out of the Chronograph/Reloading Business?

...or has this topic been discussed to death and I just didn't look far enough on the site for those threads?
I wanted to purchase their Model 35P, but their web site says they are "reluctantly" out of the handloading business. From their web site:
"Oehler has reluctantly suspended production of handloader equipment, including the Model 35. Our current inventory of handloader systems is depleted. Production of industrial equipment and technical support for all Oehler equipment continues. You can still get warranty service and parts."

I purchased a 35P when I first heard about Oehler halting production on them. What a shame. the 35 is head and shoulders above the rest

I believe I read on the net that Oehler was at full capacity supplying government contracts, but could be wrong. I will see if I can dig up the link and post it, but it's been a while, so my hopes of finding it are not high.
