4" Redhawk

I've heard (read) rumor that Ruger is going to come out with a 4" Redhawk.
Has anyone heard about this?
If they do come out with this I will get one for a packing gun while deer hunting.

I've heard the same thing about the 4" Redhawks. Should be a nice pistol. Now if we could just get them to bring it out in 45 Colt too. From what I've heard, they won't be out till next year.

  Yup, they're coming.  barring any production issues, if they keep with their past expect to see them late spring.

Shot my Redhawk 44     5 1/2" barrel today shooting 300 gr bullets to 25 yds at 1200 FPS.

Hi jro45, How do you like your Redhawk?
Does it have a decent trigger?
I'm very interested in getting one of these revolvers but I don't know anybody that has one to actually talk to about likes and dislikes.
Any other info you care to share about your Redhawk would be greatly appreciated!

Now I'd love it if they'd make it stainless and chamber it in 41 mag.  Next I'd want a 41 stainless in 3 inch.

I just bought the special all Ruger magazine--Shooting Times(I think)---and there are pics and a story about the 4in Redhawk----picked up the magazine at Walmart.
