Tang sights for a Uberti/Pedrosoli Quigley Sharps?

Hi all:
I just bought a Uberti Quigley Sharps in 45-70 and I want to add some decent Tang Sights and possibly a new front sight. I am not a competetive shooter and will be shooting casually at 100-300 yards with factory cowboy loads. Does anyone have a recomendation for some mid-range tang sights and a front sight that will work well. I am considering Kelley Tang sights and a windage adjustable Beech combination front sight. Any feedback at all?

Thanks Guys. MM93, I 've heard kind of mixed reviews anout the pedrosoli sights. For my casual use, they would probably be fine so I will look into them.  Guns, thanks and I have heard very good stuff about Shaver's sights. There are a good many choices out there and part of the battle is where to find a selection you can compare. Buffalo Arms, Jeff's, Dixie and some of the sight mfg have sites also. Thanks and I will decide soon.

 There's definitely no comparison between Lee Shaver's sights, and any Pedersoli! His sights are in a whole other realm!

Totally agree!  No comparison between Lee Shaver's sights and the others. 

Lee's sights are the best bang for the buck out there!
