I remember a few years ago that there was talk of putting tagents in gun powder, so that it could be traced to the purchaser should they do illegal things with it. I was shooting my 1851 Colt on Saturday in the bright light and noticed that there appeared to be a blueish/green item every now and then that would poor out of the spout on my powder horn into my loader. It did not appear to be black powder and I would see one every now and then.
Is that a tagent?
