I think I want to go with a 7MM mag. My question is what is the minimum lenght that I can make the barrel and not affect the accuracy?
I aslo have some rust on the reciver what is the best way to get it of ? it is stainless

First, Welcome to GBO
Now, They chamber just about everything in pistol length barrels, nominal length being 15-16 inches.
These have been known to be very accurate.
Good luck;
