i have the chance to pick up a stevens shotgun and am looking for info on it. its marked 12 gauge, model 97a.. stamped no. 17 on the barrel, no choke markings, with wood stocks for $70.. its nice and clean and in good ( 75 to 85%) shape, wiht a case hardened frame..
question, is this shotgun worth $70 ? and where can i find some more info on it, like year of production and whatnot..? help
