Well i finally got me a 30/30 today it is a marlin 336w at local pawn shop for  207.00 out the door ,is that good price for used marlin? It is a newer model ,has cross bolt safty and barrel band, hard wood stock, looks to be in good shape.
I enjoy collecting guns, swaping and staying up on all the newest models. I deer, quail, squirrel and rabbit hunt.

billy - good on ya!  Wear it and use it in good health for many, many years and then pass it on down to one of your children.  The Marlin 336 is an excellent rifle and the price you got it for makes it a good buy.  Mikey.
