Easy now,,,,I did not say YOUR scope was cheap or unreliable. I was speaking in general terms about electronic scopes with red dots. Sorry about your unfortunate luck with the Aimpoint. My Aimpoint 2000 started its life out on a Dan Wesson 41 mag then 10 years on a High Standard 22 in continuous service in bullseye competition. Then on a model 29 and it still works great, it is a wonderful, reliable and amazing piece of quality eqiuipment that has served me well in competition ranking in the master division and match champion several times. Conservatively speaking the Aimpoint has seen 5000 round of 44 mag, 2000 rounds of 41 mag and 50,000 round of 22.
