Do yoiu know the names of any Remington Executives

I am dealing with the Spartan division of Remington on a warranty related  issue and am not getting the warm and fuzzy feeling.  Hence I would like to engage a VP from Remington on my correspondence so they can get a first hand view (good or bad) of the support from Spartan which is/was EAA corp out of FL.

Name, title and email would be great.
