During the spring and summer I was shooting at least three times each week and sometimes everyday (weekends excluded). I live within ten minutes of the range, which affords me the opportunity to get two - three hours per day of range time. I usually take four to five rifles of which two will be a .22LR and/or .22Mag, so I can take a break for the thumpers. Most of the time, I'm testing ammo, sighting in for different distances, shooting something new or testing something I've tinkered with, so ammo consumption isn't that high. I would guess, maybe 100 - 150 rounds, on average, each week. I became spoiled, though. Throughout the Spring/Summer season, each time I went to the range I had it to myself. Now that hunting season is upon us, the range is usually occupied so I'll probably not get any serious range time until after deer season.
