Need help on SBH!!

I have a SBH 4 5/8". I have replaced the rear sight with a Bowen and replaced the springs with Wolf. I shoot a 275gr Cast perf WFNPB at around 1200 fps. I can shoot 2" groups at 25yds and 3" at 50yds. The problem is the groups are 3" to 6" high. My rear sight is pegged all the way down and I can't get the groups to print any lower. I use this gun for hunting and would like it to print at point of aim. Will a lighter bullet help? CP offers a 255gr bullet. What are my options?

I had this problem on one of my SBHs, I called Ruger and they sent me a taller front sight for free.
