T/C Pachmayr and hammer spring
«

I wanted to follow up on the issue of a Pachmayer grip causing an issue with the Contender hammer spring. I am not sure what to look for to tell if I have this issue. Any help would be great!
Thanks

The end of the hammer spring that rests on the frame side gets longer as it's relaxed, with the hammer down on the firing pin look for clearance at the grip. If it doesn't have any, make some in the grip with a dremmel or a knife.
