Buck Perry (the father of structure fishing) was from Hickory, So Carolina. Does anybody know when he died? How about his baits? Are they still being made? Any info would be appreciated.

I haven't seen his "Spoon Plugs" in years..They used to be in every Fishing Fact magazine. I don't think they are still being produced, but I could be wrong..,You might do a search on "Spoon Plugs" on Google and see what pops up.
