i made my own bead mounting block, drilled the barrel , threaded mine at 3/56, and used a stainless .115 ball bead, 1 inch from the end of the barrel..for my .410.. working up a camp gun 12 gauge now, till the stocks come in for the .410. the 12 gauge is a springfield stevens, 1930. 12 gauge single shot , break open. i cut the barrel to 19 inches and installed a new .130 brass bead and added uncle mikes sling swivels and a bandolier sling, but its a real stomper, so i need to add a recoil pad..
cut the stock back so the LOP doesnt change to much..
not as issue wiht that .410 though..
that looks to be a newer reciever and barrel, how does it group ?
