I don't think so.  I don't think the barrels from centerfire and rimfire will interchange and work on the receivers.  Someone that knows for sure will chime in I am sure.  I think it has to do with the firing pin difference between the two.

That won't work except with theiir new 3 barrel combos which are yet to be seen. The rimfire frames with the exception of the Versa Pack, will only work with rimfire barrels and they aren't strong enough for centerfire rifle calibers even if the firing pin was in the right place. Currently, the Versa Pack is the only shotgun/rimfire combo until the 3-barrel combos are available which should have been a month or two ago.

  Quick is right..my sportster barrel is set up for a rimfire position, but the versa-pack .22 LR is bored off center ( low ) so the .410 can be used on the same receiver.

What you may want to look at is say a 22 Hornet and a 243 , both are centerfire as so they will work on one frame , one for plunking and one for hunting , and if you reload so much the better .

Just an idea .

Well, here goes...

    Rossi has just one such combination in it's catalog . You have to go to Rossi's site  www.rossiusa.com/  and then click into "matched pairs"..then click onto " youth centerfire".
  There you will find model # S2022243RS (you can read the barrels in the serial number)

This model has one base with 3 barrels...20 ga, .243 and .22 LR  all in 22" barrels

NEF offers 3 barrel combos, but they're a limited edition, youth models are available.

Thanks Tim;
  Somehow, I missed that setup on the NEF website. The Rossi is a bit lower in price at $304 MSRP...but the NEF is worth the extra money !
  A couple years ago, I bought a Rossi youth 22/410 combo and gave it to my little grandaughter. She is 8 yrs old now, and won't let "Papa" take her to our range in the woods but what we must take "her" gun along ! We have happy times together that way. Between myself and her Dad (my son) , she spends some hours at the range..even though she still has to tuck the stock UNDER her arm...LOL

  BTW: The Rossie shotgun was very good, even with slugs..but IMHO..the.22 LR won't cut it with NEF .22s.
