fluted barrel

I was in Austin, Texas this past week end and had some time to kill so I found a gun show to attend.  There was a guy there that had a survivor model, which was the first one I have seen in person and it supported a fluted barrel.  I was unaware NEF offered one and I did not see it on the Web page.  Can anyone offer up any additional information?  Thanks, Gary

They don't offer the survivor with a fluted barrel, but they do offer fluted barrels in the accessory barrel program and as complete rifles. The complete rifles just aren't on the web site. They come with the Choate Varmint stock like my .22-250 below.

Walmart has a good price on the rifles, all 4 can be ordered there, they just don't show the .223 and .243.

think  they will ever offer the 22 hornet in a fluted  24 in ??? just thinkin here.
