Squirrel gun

I have a chance to hunt squirrels (legally) in an area where an air rifle would be a definite advantage.  I don't want to spend a fortune, but will spend enough to get something that works or forget it.  What do you guys suggest?  I'll keep shots within the proper distance for a kill.

A break barrel rifle that puts out 1000 fps should do nicely. It works for me.

I've had very good luck with RWS model 34's I've got one in .22 and one in .177. powerful accurate and smooth with excellent resale value if you should decide to trade up later. Midsouthshooterssupply has them for $182.00
